The Kundalini Yoga Benefits of Controlling the Ten Different Bodies
In order for an individual to enjoy Kundalini Yoga benefits, it is important to first understand how to control the ten different bodies. In Kundalini, there are ten bodies, not just one. There is the physical body, but there are also the three mental bodies and the six energy bodies. Learning from the most influential yogis, such as Yogi Bhajan, Maya Fiennes, and other well-respected teachers, is the best way for an individual to understand these ten bodies.

It provides people with the chance to interact and to feel emotions through physical experience. If the physical body is not properly cared for, all of the other aspects of the body are affected. Eating too much of something that is not healthy or eating too little can result in a person feeling ill. This will also limit the functions of the nine other bodies.
In a nutshell, a strong physical body allows a person to have a better sense of balance. A strong fifth body can help one understand the importance of living for other people.
